5K:
Join us in the celebration of motherhood on Mother's Day weekend!
This event is open to any person who wants to join in celebrating motherhood.
This run is stroller friendly! There may be a few bumpy sections on trail, but overall it's very smooth. Littles who ride along in strollers need not register.
We welcome all runners, joggers, and walkers!
Family Fun Run:
Cruise around the town for a family fun run which will take place before the 5K.
Young participant finishers will be able to customize their very own race bib!
There will not be registration for the Family Fun Run - Just come out on race day!
The Family Fun Run is free, but donations to the beneficiary are always welcome!

If you register and are unable to participate in the event, you have these options:
1 - Let the race director know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to defer to next year’s event, or
2 - Stay registered and pickup your giveaway during packet pickup, or
3 - Forfeit your giveaway and your registration, considering it a donation.
Packet pickup and registration CLOSES 15 minutes before the race start time.
Registration may close earlier if race meets participant cap.

Spotlight on our beneficiary
Back the Track (The Finish Line Project) is a fundraiser for the Buena Vista High School's Finish Line, their project to restore the track and field and also provide a play space for their middle school students.
It is engineered for restoration without major changes to the stadium/lighting itself, but it will provide a competition track and good site work to help with drainage on the field.
Fundraising dollars are going to be held with the Denver Foundation as the fundraiser will take some time.
Participants can donate more during registration or on race day.

Spotlight on Enduramamas
EnduraMamas's founder, and local Buena Vista resident, Jennah Jones is focused on empowering endurance athletes and active moms to reclaim their athleticism in motherhood and beyond. She's a Physical Therapist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, & Certified Running Coach. Jennah has partnered with One Love Endurance Events to create an event where mothers and athletes can thrive.

From Johnson Village, CO, head north on Hwy 24 for about 2 miles until the red light at Hwy 24 and Main Street.
From Leadville, CO, head south on Hwy 24 for about 40 miles until the red light at Hwy 24 and Main Street.
From the stoplight at Hwy. 24 & Main Street, head east on Main Street.
Follow East Main Street all the way to the dead end to South Main Street.
Take a right onto South Main Street, and Buena Vista Community Center will be located on your right.
