Event Description
The Autumn Run is held each year on the third weekend in September, in and around the historic, friendly, and picturesque town of Buena Vista, Colorado. Nestled in the upper Arkansas River Valley at the base of the Collegiate Peaks, the Autumn Run has one of the most beautiful courses in Colorado.

While we love to provide our runners with amazing race swag,

HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS
A training plan will be provided to all half marathon participants by
Wild Soles Running via Run Sign Up. We will be posting our weekly plans on Instagram and Facebook each week, so you can follow along! |
COURSE Reminders
- Strollers ARE allowed on the race course!
- Half Marathon participants with a stroller must provide their own transportation to the start line.
- Walkers ARE welcome in all events! Please keep in mind the 2 pm course cutoff time.
- Dogs are NOT allowed on any race course due to our race insurance. You can bring your furry friends to the Start/Finish Line, but please keep them controlled, at least 20 feet away from the Start/Finish Line, and on a leash at all times.
- We encourage all Half Marathon participants to use our shuttle busses to avoid overcrowding at the start line as there is NOT ample parking.

Getting Here
From Johnson Village, CO, head north on Hwy 24 for about 2 miles until the red light at Hwy 24 and Main Street.
From Leadville, CO, head south on Hwy 24 for about 40 miles until the red light at Hwy 24 and Main Street.
McPhelemy Park will be located on the corner of Hwy 24 and West Main Street. You will see the Train Depot.
Please do not attempt to park at McPhelemy Park.

Parking
Parking is available on Railroad Street for race day. To find parking, head east on Main Street and you will come to the intersection with Railroad Street in about .10 mile.
There is plenty of parking both north and south of East Main Street along Railroad Street.
If you decide to try street parking, please be advised: If you block driveways, hydrants, or other areas, your car may be ticketed or towed. We ask that all race day participants please respect the citizens of our town.

Races always need volunteers, and we are always looking!
Do you enjoy cheering on others? Are you a pro at putting water coolers on tables? Can you slice fruit like a champ? How's your organization game? Do you have other skills that you can share with us?
All volunteers will receive unique One Love Endurance Events swag (ONLY for volunteers!) as a Thank You for your time and energy. If you've never volunteered, join us! It's so fun!
Volunteer Program - Volunteers that log 3 hours of time at a combo of any of our events will qualify for a free entry for a 5K. This includes any hours that were logged from January 2022 to present day.
VOLUNTEER WITH US
